Skillbridge Fellowship Program
The SMX®-Skillbridge Fellowship Program (SFP) is an approved SkillBridge Partner under the DoD Skillbridge Program. Through the SFP, transitioning military service members gain valuable civilian work experience through full-time internships during their last 6 months of service — essentially beginning the transition early while retaining full military compensation and benefits as active-duty service members.
